Garvey Center for the Healing Arts from El Paso, Texas, where she served on the faculty at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center as Assistant Professor and Research Director in the Department of Family Medicine.

Dr Kirby was a “late-comer” to medicine; her first career was in biochemical and nutrition research. At the University of Texas back in the early 1970’s, Dr. Kirby worked as an assistant in the laboratory of Dr. Roger J. Williams who emphasized biochemical individuality in nutrition.
At the Center Dr. Kirby enjoys practicing nutritional medicine and working with each person’s uniqueness to optimize their health.
